Martin.Care is a family-owned company that has equipped more than 2,500 facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes, and psychiatric institutions in over 20 countries in the last 20 years.


Sustainability

In the healthcare sector, it is particularly important that systems are durable. That is why Martin.Care develops the key technologies in-house to ensure that new products are backward compatible and that a system can be operated for a long time. Martin.Care also offers a repair service for defective devices to ensure that the devices have as long a service and lifespan as possible.

Integration

The solutions from Martin.Care are rarely the leading system within an organization. Therefore, we focus on networking different systems using standard interfaces or by developing custom interfaces upon request.


Targeted Communication

In nursing, there is a high risk of alarm fatigue. For this reason, we use a two-tiered and transparent alert system, where caregivers can see if and who is already addressing an alert.
It is important, however, that the alarms are only forwarded to the individuals to whom they apply.

Reliability

The systems from Martin.Care are designed for safety. Unlike location providers that only use BLE and triangulation, the Martin.Care system separates location technology from communication technology. This allows an alarm to be transmitted even if a patient is, for example, on a call trigger.

Simplicity

With our many years of experience in care, we have created user-friendly interfaces that are highly accepted in caregiving. We only display relevant messages and avoid unnecessary or confusing information.
The installation is simple and only requires a power source per room.

Scalability

The systems from Martin.Care are suitable for small facilities in assisted living up to entire hospital complexes. They are easily expandable, and with proximity location, the accuracy of the location can be freely chosen by the customer.

Dieter Martin is leaving as a partner. Thorsten Albes and Annette Martin are joining the GmbH as partners in his place. Thorsten Albes will become an authorized signatory.

2021

Rebranding: Martin Elektrotechnik GmbH will become Martin.Care GmbH - management, employees, and product range will remain unchanged.

Annette Martin is leaving as a partner and will remain as an authorized signatory. David Martin is joining as the managing partner.

2003

Specialization in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of SCHUTZENGELSYSTEME (Guardian Angel Sytems) for the protection of individuals with increased security needs in care, assisted living, and hospitals. Establishment of sales structures in the DACH countries. Registration of additional patents. Establishment of an in-house development department.

2002

Conversion of the sole proprietorship into a limited liability company (LLC), with two shareholders (Annette Martin and Dieter Martin). Located in Bad Brückenau.

1990

Specialization in security technology as a corporate focus.

1984

Founded as a sole proprietorship in the craft sector by Dieter Martin, Martin Elektrotechnik based in Bad Brückenau.
