Safety in maternity wards and labor and delivery rooms
Protection and safety for the infants
Media repeatedly report on kidnappings from hospitals. Confusion or exchange of newborns can also occur in maternity wards. For this reason, we have developed Care2Graph, an innovative solution to prevent such scenarios. Alarms are automatically triggered as soon as a newborn leaves the ward unaccompanied by a parent or caregiver.
More than just an alarm
Alerting is an essential part of security. However, in an emergency, it is also important to make it difficult to leave the facility. Care2Graph enables the following security measures:
Programming of elevators
which remain open when a Baby Tag (unaccompanied) is in the cabin.
Door locking
to prevent unauthorized removal.
Camera systems
that are activated when there is movement or approach in the door area, in order to quickly detect potential threats.
Pairing and unpairing Parent and Baby Tags
The connection between baby and parents can be established even before the baby is born.
An authorized caregiver can link both tags securely and easily via the Care2Graph pairing overview.
Bei der Entlassung der Mutter und des Kindes aus dem Krankenhaus wird die Verknüpfung wieder gelöst, und der Baby-Tag kann einfach wieder aufgeladen werden.
