Alarm when door is opened.

Alarm when doors and exits are opened

Door monitoring is a simple feature of the Care2Graph system. It triggers an alarm when a door is opened at a specific time. This helps the nursing staff, especially at night, to receive a message when a patient or resident's room is opened.

Protection against intruders

Alarm for outside doors and windows.

Monitoring the care room

Alerting during the night shift.

Time-out rooms

Report when rooms are opened

Report when rooms are opened

Monitoring of failure contacts in machines and devices.

Features

Preset alarm

Alarm when opening the door at certain times to protect disoriented persons.

Manual activation

Individual activation of the door contacts via user-friendly software.

Particularly in the care sector, the requirements for a door alarm system are numerous. A standard application is that a door opening at certain times triggers a message to prevent disoriented persons from wandering around at night. Time profiles can be created to determine when which wireless door contact should be triggered. Another scenario is the activation of the alarm when needed. Each wireless door contact can be activated separately in a specially designed software interface. This is used in the care of the disabled, for example in time-out rooms.

Wireless door contact

Battery-powered

Easy battery replacement.

Easy assembly

Mounting on a door frame with double-sided adhesive tape.

Alarm-Cancelation

The door contact is equipped with a cancelation button. This serves to deactivate the next alarm when the door is opened. Caregivers can enter the room without triggering an alarm and disturbing colleagues in their work.

Targeted Search

The search interface also makes it easier to search for specific people in the building. With the help of filters, the nurse can easily determine which resident is in which room or whether he/she is present in the dining room. For evacuation purposes, this information is important to ensure that all persons have left a ward.

Multiple use

Linked alerts

Support for asset tracking, wandering alarms and anti-abduction protection for newborns.

Alarm avoidance

Alarms only when open at RFID position markers.

The wireless door contact enables other solutions to work even more intelligently. Depending on the door status, an alert is triggered for an asset tracking alarm, a wandering alert or even a newborn abduction case. An alarm is only triggered if the door on the corresponding RFID position marker is also in the open position. This can significantly reduce the number of alarms and avoid unnecessary interruptions to nursing staff.
