Real-time inventory management with anti-theft protection
Time savings through simplified searches
With Care2Graph asset tracking systems, you get an overview of the location of each device, enabling you to significantly reduce search times.

Specific search interfaces
Different interfaces for nursing staff and technicians ensure customized search results.
Theft protection
Alerts when devices are moved without permission, without being accompanied by a transport service.
Tamper Alarm
Warning if asset tracker is manipulated or removed.
Asset-Tracker
Any tracking software is only as good as the hardware used for the tracking. The selection of hardware, tracking technology and manufacturer is crucial for the long-term use of a system. The asset tracker is waterproof, durable and can be easily cleaned with disinfectant wipes. It is designed for long-term use on the device.

Attachment to the devices
Martin.Care's asset trackers are attached to the devices with a special double-sided adhesive tape and can thus be located.
There are two options for mounting: a plane and a round variant.
The round attachment also allows it to be attached to wheelchairs or IV poles – that is, devices that have no or only a few flat surfaces.

Energy management
To ensure that the asset trackers' battery does not run out too quickly, the devices are equipped with various sensors.
The asset tracker with RFID and BLE goes into “deep sleep mode” when it stops moving and stops sending location data. This can extend the battery life of this asset tracker up to 30 months. The tracking is reactivated when it moves again, so that every change of location is detected.
Asset trackers that are only equipped with BLE localization have a battery life of up to 50 months. When the battery needs to be changed, this can be done in a few seconds using a special key.

Theft protection and sabotage alarm
In addition to optimizing processes by locating devices, preventing theft is also an important factor in reducing costs in healthcare facilities.
Martin.Care's asset trackers trigger an alarm if they are located in places where they should not be, for example, without being accompanied by a transport service.
However, anti-theft protection is of limited use if the device can be removed without triggering an alarm. For this reason, asset trackers have a tamper alarm that is triggered when the tag is opened or removed.
Alerting vs. searching
Different User Groups
When developing the Care2Graph system, it was taken into account that only relevant information should be provided to the employees. For this reason, there are three different views: a view for searching for device types on the respective ward, a view for searching for specific devices based on their maintenance cycle and an alert view for tampering or theft alarms.
Search interface for care and medical technology staff
Different user groups have different needs. For example, nursing staff have their own interface where they can search for device types on their own and neighboring wards.
However, a specific search is needed for maintenance and inventory management. That is why the Care2Graph system separates the search views so that users only receive the information that is really relevant.
