Founded as a sole proprietorship in the trade by Dieter Martin, Martin Elektrotechnik based in Bad Brückenau. 

1988

First patent application in the sustainability sector for energy.

1990 - 2000

Specialization in security technology as a company focus. 

2002

Conversion of the sole proprietorship into a GmbH, with two partners (Annette Martin and Dieter Martin). Based in Bad Brückenau. 

2003 - 2020

Specializing in the development, production and distribution of PROTECTIVE GEL SYSTEMS to protect people with increased security needs in care, assisted living and hospitals. Development of sales structures in the DACH countries. Registration of further patents. Establishment of our own development department.

2005 - 2019

Participation in various research and development projects in collaboration with the BMBF.

2014

Annette Martin is leaving as a partner and remains an authorized representative. David Martin joins as managing partner.

2020

Martin.Care brand launch

2021

Change of name: Martin Elektrotechnik GmbH becomes Martin.Care GmbH - management, employees and product range remain the same.

2023

Dieter Martin is leaving as a partner. In his place, Thorsten Albes and Annette Martin join the GmbH as partners. Thorsten Albes becomes authorized signatory.

2024

Introduction of the new Care2Graph tracking system based on RFID and BLE with device tracking.
